How to License an Idea With or Without a Patent

What does it really take to license an idea? Stephen Key has been teaching creative people how to license their ideas for more than a decade. During this presentation, he will discuss the latest strategy he has developed to license ideas with and without the protection of a patent.

Many of the products Key has licensed required no intellectual property protection whatsoever. But he also knows what it takes to protect a big idea. Key successfully defended his ownership of Spinformation in Federal Court. Spin formation is a rotating label innovation that has been featured on multiple products, is protected by 20 U.S. and international patents, and has received more than 13 industry awards.
